I want to work on getting bigger arms.. What good bicep and tricep workouts will develop big arms?

Biceps Exercises: Barbell Curls, Barbell 21's, Alternate Dumbell Curls, Incline Curls, Hammer Curls, Concentration Curls.

Triceps Exercises: Lying Extensions aka French Press, Standing Barbell Extensions, Single Dumbell Extensions, Bar/Cable Pushdowns, Dumbell/Cable Kickbacks.

Do not more than 3 sets x 12, 10, 8 repetitions as Biceps and Triceps work with almost every exercies. All the best.

You will need to work more than just arms to get bigger arms. The body likes to grow 'proportionally', and will not allow just bigger arms to much of an extent.

Do overall body work, eat a good sound higher calorie diet to augment your workouts.
