Since november i have been trying to lose weight. So far i have lost 36 lbs. But i still need to lose 12 lbs for summer. And this last little bit is hard to lose. I work out everyday and i am doing the whole G.I. foods. I just don't know what else to do. Any advice?

First thing I would do is quit working out and doing cardio everyday, alternate them at the least. I would even cut back on the cardio and increase the workout for just a bit. I'd be willing to bet your not losing because your at a standstill with the cardio. Cut it back some and pick it up again in a couple weeks. Other than that, look to your diet.

try to separate ur weight lifting days and cardio..if u cant, atleast try to lift in the morning and run in the evening (6-8 hours after lifting)..also, try to vary ur cardio as well as weight lifting..by doing that ur body will never be able to adapt to a certain exercise so it would hit ur body in a different way..
