For those who know me, I've made it back to the states from Iraq and ready to start getting serious with this.:dumbbell:
I've had almost two weeks off, and itching to get back in the gym already. Hopefully, with some help from my wife and this great place, I can begin eating healthier and start seeing better results.
I've missed the constant support and positive ideas from this site, but I've been trying my best to stay true.
As some of you know, I'll be getting out of the military soon and getting certified as a personal trainer through ISSA. Wish me luck please, and any trainers out there that have any advice whatsoever, let me hear it! I'm open to suggestions, cause this is a big jump for me! Thanks! Can't wait to hear from all of you, take care.
Josh

Welcome home! And good luck, ISSA is a pretty good certification program, from the people I know who have taken it.

Welcome back Josh. When I got home from the middle east 30 years ago I swore I was gonna sit in a rocking chair on my back porch for the rest of my life. I didn't but you understand. Enjoy your family and new life.

Thanks to all of you. Believe it or not, I had more time and ability in Iraq to come here and absorb knowledge than back here in the states! I am glad to be home, honestly. But I miss getting to read all the posts and research! One day though I promise I'll be back to stay.
