I am 5'10 and 155lbs. I am not fat but i am flabby..I have been following my freetrainers.con program..I just completed my first week.........:)I am always working out at the gym..i have gone every day this week...I think i expect to see results overnight and i know that wont happen..If i keep working out like i am and i continue with my healthy eating plan will i see results and how quickly...Basically i just want to know if it is possible to be 5'10 155lbs,tone and lean

Well I'm 5'11 and 10lbs heavier than you, but I'm around 14-15% fat so I'm nicely toned and cut.
Everything depends on your musclemass and fat, but you'll definitely need patience since shaping a beautiful body takes time! :)
