Mine uses a 33 g sugar spike to get it into your system fast so it doesn't turn into Creatinine, the thing is I work out 3 days a week, and I know you're not suppose to spike on off days, but you're suppose to take Creatine everyday after your loading phase.... so what should I do?
Normally, on days I work out, I take my creatine... then drink my protein shake so the spike helps drive the protein better since I dont have any dextrose or sucrose to put in my protein shake plus I don't wanna reduce my insulin sensitivity too much. I was told the way I'm doing it now is very good for gaining mass... but I don't know won't this whole sugar in my Creatine mixture that I bought kill my sensitivity over time soon?

Get plain old micronized creatine for your off days. Mix it with water.

I dont have a whole lot of money to change too much right now, but just out of curiosity, what is going to happen if I don't?

Plain creatine is cheap....like 400 servings for $40. Thats over a 6 month supply. To answer your question though, you just wont get the full benefit. At your age though, your body produces plenty of creatine naturally.

Should I probably just ditch the Creatine all together then if my body makes it naturally?

It's your money. You can still spike with your post workout shake and malto-dextrine if you wish.. Eat well and rest well and lift heavy. At 18, your body can do plenty without alot of help.
