My problem is my legs are really big but fat....i need to figure out a way to make them smaller they are strong as an ox but they just are too big....the size is going down slowly due to diet but i just can't figure out how to get it down quick...my problem area is my butt and my upper thighs front and back thanks for any advice
The only thing you can do is
1)diet
2)weight training (don't be afraid of lifting heavy with your legs, that's how you'll be able to change the shape!)
3)cardio AND
4)to fill in your profile so we'll know more about you.......
