SO I found this website on monday night september 16th. It made me a program to START that same day. Obviously at 10pm I wasn't going to run to the gym and do my first day... so that was a bust. I went to the gym tuesday and faithfully did my workout... Great... THEN wednesday, thursday and TODAY I have been deathly ill with a terrible cold, coughing, chest congestion, runny nose. SO I couldn't go to the gym... Now what do I do? DO I go into my chart and put zeros on everything? And then just continue on to the next week??? Maybe I should start over, make a new sign in name and pretend it is my first day and start all over? Help please!!!

Why not just restart the program next week?
That's what I'll do anyway.

It happens to the best of us. You can't really ever "make up" a workout. Each workout is an entity in itself. Just when you feel better, go back and start from your starting day. The first few days, do not try to go too heavy, that virus has a sneaky little way of popping back up if you let it. Good luck.
