Yes i gaines weight, but.....go luv handles now, im 15 5;7 160, i been weight lifting but now that football seasons over i havn't lifted for a while, i was pretty think before i gained about 20 pounds sense i first started using this site October is it possible to turn it to muslce? and what should i do

Clean up your diet. That's the only way. Are you following the nutritional plan that comes with your workouts here?

You can't turn fat into muscle. You will need to maintain proper diet to lose fat or gain muscle whichever you choose to do.
