This is my 2nd day on the General program. I'm supposed to do sets of 15, 15, 12 and 10 of Push-ups, Side Laterals, Chins between chairs (I have no chairs so I lay under the coffee table..it's quite funny), can curls, dips, squats (I can't do these without falling over) and calf raises.
Anyways, I can make it part way through the second set of these. I push myself until body parts feel like they'll fall off, but I feel so horrible for not being able to finish. This is the first time I've done ANY exercise (I refused to do anything that made me get out of my chair), so maybe I'll get used to it and do better as I go??
I need some support here so I don't give up :(

liah00, don't worry about it; this is reality when it comes to just starting off on fitness. The key is, though, is your attitude - don't give up, and your body will adapt, as well as start responding positively to your new lifestyle.
