I don't have a bench to lay on. To do a bench press and dumbell flyes can i lay on the floor to get the same result?

Sure you can do them on the floor but you won't get the full range of motion. If nothing else, you can put some boards up on blocks to give you that little extra range.

do you have a step bench?? or a very skinny coffee table that can hold your wieght??
I have used a panio bench before too - if you aren't lifting much those will work but I would get a good bench as soon as you can just so you can get your elbows down

nice title. check out a bargain finder. there really cheap, or use blocks of some kinds like they mentioned.

I used to have this problem - get a load of towels and fold them into thirds, lie on them, you get the idea!
