usually i do weights on monday,wednesday, and friday, but i missed monday, so i brushed it off and was like yeah i'll make it up later,and surprisingly I DID! i mean i am lazy when it comes to this stuff and the fact that i sucked it up and did it really tells me something. this is a major accomplishment for me. i am trying to lose weight and i never slack on cardio, but weights i ususally do, but i guess it really registered to me that they are important for that fast metabolism.

props to you girl friend... just keep in mind that while cardio is your tool to losing weight (along with a balanced diet, of course), those muscles are what will keep the fats out... so make sure you're lifting those weights for the long term goals... peace...

Plus the more muscle you have the higher your BMR and the more fat you burn throughout the day as a foundation rate.
