I'm 5'6 asian male. My dad is 5'6(as tall as me) and my mom is 4'10. And I have this feeling like if i won't grow any taller because most asian don't get any taller than 5'6-5'7 at the max average. Is there any way to reach 6'0 that would be my dream height. Thanks to all any comment is appreciated!

growth hormone...if prescribed by a doctor....it's very expnesive though...and you need to be the right age...if your bones have formed already then it's too late...but worth a try...doubt your doc will go for it since you're not overly short...

They make a product called Height max now, all natural.

I am not recommending the product, just passing along info for you to make an "informed" decision.

Yeah serious, short people complain and say 'oh its so great to be super tall' but it sucks just as much as being short.

Anyway, you must already know if youve ever met a health nut, but most American meats (expecially beef) contain lots of chemicals that were used to make the cows big. The thing is, it sticks around after it dies too, so people that eat it tend to be taller and in women have bigger breasts. Theres lost of pages freaking out about this, but I cant figure out how this is a bad thing at all. (well maybe theyre trying to raise nuns or something). Either way, it sounds right up your ally. If your still growing, eat lots of NON-organic beef and that should help. Youll probably have to lose the fat that youll put on once your done growing, but the bones will stay.

Being short isn't that bad...I'm 5'4" and have been since I was about 16. I get short jokes all the time. There are people that are 5'6" that make jokes at my height. They don't bother me anymore...just laugh em off and make a "Yo Mama" joke.
