Yea, everyone says to boost up your matabolism you gotta eat 4-6 small meals a day...Just ooooonnnnneeee problem...
I go to school for 7 hours a day:(
6:30 I wake up 7:00 have a nutrition shake, and some fruit and maybe a scrambled egg
- then I dont eat until 12:00 at lunch for school (Thats 5 hours of not eating)
I then go home and have an imediate snack around 3 o'clock (healthy, of course)
Then, dinner around 6 oclock
and last if if that day is a workout day, right after lifting weights, ill have protein shake.....
Adding this all up is only about 3 meals, and 2 snacks? I understand that I know I can't be excused from class every 2 hours and have a healthy small meal in the healthroom, im not that stupid. But what should I change in my diet to make it the most efficent? Should I eat more in the morning or what? Should I change my cardio?
I bet this goes into alot of peoples heads not just for school, but maybe for office workers also, so if anyone could post anything up here, that would be awsome! thanks
