Exercise is always an integral part of a good healthy lifestyle. Save your money, invest in good food and and a good exercise program, you will get much more out of it and a hard lean body to boot.

true, I was hoping this could help with quicker results...right now my excise level is...well NON EXISTENCT really. For the most part I eat helthy, I am a fan of ICE CREAM though.
Won't this help as an aid in burning fat though? I should def. not bother taking Hydrocut then?

Just don't send it until you proof-read it. No, don't take hydroxycut. Ever since they took the ephedrine out of it, it doesn't work any more. Not to beat a dead horse, but, quick results are not always permanent results. Take BB1's advice, and that will instill good habits and make your changes permanent.

Something to remember...Hydroxycut and other "weight loss" supplements are not regulated by the FDA and can have varying amounts of ingredients and even include harmful ingredients not listed on the bottle. Why would you want to put that into your body when you are trying to be a healthier person. Plus, the caffeine and other stimulants in the product can actually make you hungrier causing you to eat more. Overall not a wise choice. The longer it takes for the weight to come off the better chances of it staying off.
