So I have been running/working out for a while (just signed up for this a few days ago) but my thighs/legs always look/feel weird when i wear different dress pants/jeans. It feels as if the lower part of my thigh is too big for the combo of inseam/waist (29/34) that I wear, the upper part is likely tighter from my butt not being perfectly nonfat. Any suggestions on the exercises to lean/tone/lenghten my leg/thigh muscles? Thanks!!
I do not know of anything that might help except running. If you look at long distance runners and such they have the longer muscles, of course it also depends on your genes.
