Hey, i have a question. I'm not really a beginner to this workout thing but I was wondering if any1 had any tips on sticking to a workout/diet plan? I was doing fairly well back in September I mean i was eating healty and working out 4-5 days a week i mean the whole sha banga bang! Then all of a sudden i just stopped which means i'm back to square 1 again! Some advice would be greatly appreciated!

Try to think back to what made you stop, and when you get motivated again to start training and eating healthy, don't let anything stop you.
