does anyone know what exercises will put some mass on my pecs. it seems to be growing very slowly compared to my arms. i need to beef up my chest.

quit working out for over an hour, focus on heavy, compound movements 9upper and lower body) and get enough rest.

yea you just need to hit the bench and get different angles in and do some flyes too at different angles then after a month or two use dumbells instead of barbells and give your muscles atleast 2 or 3 days of rest and like asimmer said go heavy go to failure aroung 6-8 reps

if u really want to put on some muscle mass, do a cycle of deca, stack with with sus and winny , and take nolva at the end - ur chest will be huge in no time
