Hi there every one i am new to Free Trainers , I have been trying a few different diets and i have lost about 5 pounds in a few weeks doc says that is good cause loosing it slow is better then too fast , well i am looking on what good things to eat and to do for diet to loose better then i am , i have a weight set here and i can get any foods i need but if someone can help get me onto a routine i would very much appreciate it , i stay away from pasta and bread and sugar as much as possible and i do drink coffee a few a day with cream and sweetner , i love drinking water and food well i can do with out anything if someone can help me get something started , i am 6'1 290 lbs and am broad so i guess i carry my weight well it is more my stomach i am worried about i have a belly and would like to loose it , i was trying the adkins diet but it stopped working , so what is good cardio and food to start off so i can put all this to the test i am willing to do anything i have been trying pills and all , please let me know thanks ever so much , i want to work on this for summer if at all possible i want to go to atleast 200 lbs or 210 thanks alot in advanced

Welcome to ft! Hey, have you checked out the nutritional section, it is wonderful for foods to eat! Don't do pills or anything else you are spending money on for a quicker fix, but instead if you have to spend it, spend it on some more equipment or something that will motivate you into working out!!
