Hello everyone. I workout about 3-4 times a week usually 2 hours each time. But, I've found i get so tired after I've worked out that after i take my shower I'm ready to lay down on my coach and rest. That shouldn't be happening, should it?
My workout goes like this: do some cardio work such as run/walk on treadmill,tae-bo tapes,or other exercise tapes for 50- 60 minutes. then I do some lunges and squats for 10-15 minutes. Then I do abdominal work for 20 minutes, and then some arm work for 20 minutes. Usually totals 2 hours.
I work out when my daughter takes a nap at 12:30 p.m. and I am a stay at home mom. So, should I be this tired? Or is something wrong with me? am Idoing too much in one period?
Please give me advice about this. Thanks

Sounds like you are doing to much. You should be doing a full body workout with sets and reps, and not by time.
Andf also diet is very important.

2 hrs. is a long workout. You need to break that up into a decent split. You are most probably way overtraining, and then if your diet is not in order, and adequate rest, you are not recovering from the last workout, hence the tiredness. this is a classic sign of overtraining.
Wanting to rest is ok, but if it is exhaustion, this is not a good sign.
You need to find the amount of workout your body can recouperate from. And this goes with the proper nutritional intake for recouperation.
