What are the best exercises to cut up your triceps and give them a definitive look without having to flex?

for cutting up you want to do lighter weight with higher reps and minimal rest between sets. 30 secs or less. do it to fatigue.

No, do not lower your weights. This is a common misconception. YOu will be setting yourself up for muscle loss that way. "cutting" is a direct result of diet. With the muscle developed, with the proper diet, you will get that cut look. But never drop your weights, always go as heavy as you can. The body adapts.

Like bb1fit stated, DO not lighten up the weight. Stick with a good clean diet and keep the weights nice and heavy.

Having Vin Diesel's genes wouldn't hurt either.

bb1fit,

I think I remember reading a post by you that said that higher reps with a lower weight works a different part of your muscle fiber. You were saying something to the fact that you do a hard workout and then end off with a super light, high rep set to work different fibers. That doesn't have anything to do with getting the cut look?
