I want to be is great shape, to improve my respiratory sustem, my cardio system, increase my energy etc. I want to be in shape like pro athletes or fighters (soccer, boxers, MMA)... but I'm not sure what kind of cardio I need (I've got the weight lifting down), how often and how long etc.
Help?

To give you an idea, when I was fighting I was putting in 5 hours of training a day. If you have time for that and the money for food, I'll write you a program.
I can't stand when people ask how to get in shape like actors/fighters/gymnasts/wrestlers/etc. It's far from effective in terms of time. If it was more effective to learn to grapple and do that for cardio, we would suggest that instead of all the other stuff we spend so much time suggesting.

These guys are PROFESSIONALS. They get paid to train, and as such, don't do much with their lives other than eat and sleep.

Froshman, I'm no expert but I would think the sort of energy you're talking about will be more likely to come from HIIT (High intensity interval training) rather than steady state cardio training.
Think explosive power in short bursts rather than marathon running.
If you do a search in the search bar for HIIT you'll get lots of ideas about it, and make sure you can do 40 mins of steady cardio at around 60% - 70% max heart rate, HIIT is tough on the CV system.
