I don't have alot of help with genetics so i was wondering if anyone knew how to get just an average teen big arms. Please tell me all the information you know if you have any. Thanks alot

LIft heavy using barbell curls as you foundation, squat and do deadlifts as well and EAT!!!!

right on mutt, but akean, don't just blame genetics. TO many people use this as an excuse, set your goals high and don't let any body stand in your way. I would have blamed genetics for my stale progress a few years ago, but with the right attitude, proper diet and the mindset that I had no limitations, I have made leaps and bounds in my training and with my physique. The only limiting factor for a normal healthy person is themselves. good luck.

Remember one thing, most people, especially new ones concentrate on the biceps and probably overtrain them in an effort to get bigger arms. The majority of your arm size will actually be triceps, so work them hard. Biceps are basically a small show muscle. Besides, tricep developement will greatly aid your benches, shoulder workouts, etc. Good luck.
