Maybe this is a silly question, but how do I find out what my body fat percentage is?

Calipers are your best bet, and use the same ones each time and have the same person do it each time.

I had bf% taken with an electronic thing that broke down fat, muscle and water... apparently it's the most accurate... didn't like the % it gave me though! haha...

Thank you all for your help. I tried mybodycomp.com and there was something here in the Health Resources, but I got two different percentages. 22.94% & 24% I don't know which one to believe, and I'm not quite sure what a caliper is.

ginafur13...that is less than a 1.25% difference which you shouldn't let drive you crazy.
A calipur is an instrument to measure bodyfat. Try a google on "bodfat calipurs" you should be able to come up with a pic, and more info.
