Its a long hard process, hard to type and give good instructions. But build a good solid base with strength and size first, then after 6 minths to a year then start eating leaner and staggering carb days while keeping protein high. While in strength mode do 5-6 sets of 4-10 reps of real heavy weight. During your cutting phase do 5-6 sets of 8-12 reps. You have to adjust your calories when you change.

One thing i would do to help get cut is eat less carbs because if you dont work them off they are stored as fat

i would prefer simple cuz body can break down simple sugar molecules faster n more sufficiently than complex sugar molecules.

Complex carbs are the answer.
Things such as sweet potato's etc, slow relaese and don't spike your insulin like simple carbs do.
Basically get into the habit of consuming good wholesome food.

Your carbs should be of the fibrous type, and complex. The more fiber content, the fuller you feel, and they literally push through your system. Most simple carbs are no different to your body than pure sugar when broken down, so blood sugar levels increase, and thus produce an insulin surge, which is your storage mehanism. And then, if glycogen stores are full, they spill over and become stored as you know what! Fibrous carbs are most veggies,if you are trying to cut, stay away from corn, eat like mostly your green veggies like spinach, greens, brussel sprouts, salad greens, etc. Have one or two servings of a good complex carb, like 1/2 cup brown rice, a sweet potato, and some oatmeal. Keep your protein fairly high of course. Hope this helps some....
