Chins from all grip angles, wide, medium, underhand, etc. and lots of heavy rowing motions. Bent over barbell, one arm dumbbell, one arm heavy cable rows, with good form! This is important on back, remember, it is not how much weight or how many reps you can do, it is about "feeling" the muscle work. With back this is even more true than most any other bodypart.:big_smile:
