I am 17, 2 months to 18. 5'8", 130 pounds. My bicep is 13" flexed. If I stick to the mon-wen-fri workout schedule how much weight can I gain and approximately how many inches can I add to my biceps? Tomorrow I am going to pick up some protein shakes to help. I also have karate Monday and Thursday for approximately 1 and a half hours each day. Karate doesn't really help with building muscle. But it's good for cardio and streching so I'm going to stay in it.
