how much weight should i start out at for my reps is it a certain amout percent of my max or how dose it work and im talking on all exer. arms legs back ect please help

You need to start with a weight that you can reach the desired # of reps, but you may struggle with the last rep or two.

Grab a weight and try it out, go from there.
