Hi, Wondering how much time do I have to give between every set of repetitions to start the other one and also the whole set of exercise for a certain muscle and continue with the next different one. Ej:

Well this is a greatly debated topic!! LOL, but if you are using moderate weights 3- sec or so is the standard. As you go up in weight you can add more time. 30-90 is the norm.

I usually use 60 seconds between sets in a given exercise then I use 2-3 minutes between different exercises. I go all out on my sets and my muscles are very fatigued so thats why I use longer rest periods.
