whats the right amount of creatine intake for size gains...
i read an article that says 3grams a day and on the bottle it says 34 grams....big diffeence...

After your loading phase, which is 5 gr. 4 times per day for 5 days, then an optimum dose seems to be 5 gr. before and 5 gr. after training. On days off, just do 5 gr.

jus one question...how come 5 gr. 4 times per day for 5 days in the loading phase?
