Hi everyone, I just wanted to know how long it would take to lose 1% body fat if I'm doing the following per week:
Running 3 miles 5 times, free weights 3 timeas a week skipping swimming interval training eating healthily too.

it is very difficult to just give ayou a value. Everyone will react differently. Please fill in your profile so that we may help you better estimate this goal (height, age, weight, bf% now, etc, etc)

Liz, everyone is different. This is one of those types of questions I would answer with "it depends." It depends on your current metabolism, diet, length of training...and so forth. Also, women have always had a harder time getting rid of excess fat.

No it's not true that women have a harder time getting rid of fat (luckily!!) but the thing is that we often have MORE fat to get rid off........ (and it's easier for you guys to loose your tummy than for us to loose our big thighs..... )
As the other ones said Liz, you'll not be able to know excactly how fast your body fat % will drop down. Just keep to the training and diet and you'll be fine in no time.
