I was wonderng how long a diet takes effect on your body....ive been training for two weeks now and also concentrated on my diet. How long does it normally take for me to see real results in my body????

Yah your profile will help, but I'd say generally 6 mnths before you can expect any Major changes. 2-3 mnths before you start getting the..hey My pants don't fit thing happening

Well, when I first started really making a serious effort it took more than five weeks before I saw any change at all.

yes, 6 weeks is a good amount to wait it out, if no changes in measurement or physique by then you may need to re-evaluate.

Do you guys think my diets okay....
Meal 1
1 cup of porridge
2 Eggs
1 cup of milk
Meal 2
Protein shake
Meal 3
Salmon and Pasta
Meal 4
Protein Chake
Meal 5
Grilled chicken, fish or brown rice with salad.
meal 6
Protein shake (before bed)
What do you reckon? do you think i should change something?? Oh and i drink loads of water through out the day.

What is your weight, whats your height, and how many calories are you aiming for?
The diet seems clean enough, but I would try substituing 2 eggs with Egg white, or even just 1 egg, and egg whites. With meal 3 and Meal 5 how much pasta and rice are you eating? one cup? Also you could also use some more veggie's in there. addin some leafy and Green veggie's.
