Why don't you post your diet? Many folks think their diet is "perfect". In most cases, it is not. That is because they are really unaware of a "proper" diet for training and fat burning. The standard so called healthy diet may not be the right diet and is not for fat loss.

If you are weight training, you are losing fat but keeping the weight in your muscle. The best thing is to measure yourself and stop weighing on the scale. What is your exercise routine like? And like BB1 said, your diet?

The diet looks good. I agree with Carivan and just posted on this. Don't weigh yourself, take measurements instead. If you are putting on muscle and not gaining, then you are losing fat. One pound of fat takes up more room than a pound of muscle. And honestly give yourself a good 12 weeks to get going. It'll happen and you will be surprised by how much better you feel and look.

Yup, the wise ones know what they are talking about. I've lost no more than 5 lbs since February but, I've also lost 12% body fat. Ignore the scale. If you can get someone at your gym to give you a fat analysis once a month or so that would be ideal to check your progress. Good luck!

Another thing to consider is activity level vs. total calories if your activity level is low you may only need 300 calories or less for each meal in order to facilitate fat loss considering your current bodyweight. 300 cals is not alot as a matter of fact it's just slightly more than a 16oz glass of milk & a piece of toast. Regardless your diet is healthy & if your not gaining weight you are probably close to your maintenece calories. Try to shave off 50-100 cals per meal & you should see some progress. In addition since you lost weight initially but it has tapered, you may need to to include 1-2 high calorie days per week in order to counteract the adaptive responses the body has to prolonged dieting. Don't go crazy just an additional 1000 cals per day 1-2 per week. This will in a sense "prime" your metabolism for fat loss.
