I'm 14 years old 6'2" 205lbs and have been working out constantly since last summer and I want to make tight end next year for football. In so doing I want to gain muscle mass andbulk up so I can take hits and really plow dudes when I get the ball. I don't mind about extra pounds as long as it's good.

Eat plenty of proteins -- meats etc
work out with weight you really struggle with (try about 3 sets of 10 reps)

I've been drinking a protein shake after a workout ablout 3x a week. Should I drink it every day? Should I drink 2?

Okay, cjtyson, you are on another posting saying you don't know how to gain mass....
paully - yes, drink your shake after every workout, or have a decent meal of lean protein, good crabs and a litle good fat.
Search the message boards for things baout meal plans, and try one of the mass gainer workout programs here.
