Ok My mother wanted me to post this question for her on here, she is in her early 40's and is currently working out at regency gym. She has been focusing on toning her legs and bum. This is her question
Whats the best way to tone my bum, can u recommend any specific exercises that would achieve the quickest results. Ive had 3 kids and my bum has gone south, east and west hahaha, so if u can recommend any specific exercises that would help tone the muscle quickly i would much appreicate it.
Thx in advance

Squatting is probably the best exercise for that.

Squats like evol_js said, along with lunges, not to forget a full body routine. Folks seem to forget about the mid section abs and back which support alot of weight bearing movements we do in our every day life. Proper diet is also essential.

Still trying to find out how to do the Hollywood Free Press.

Actualy losing bodyfat will give you a much more toner looking bum than anykind of gym work.
get on the bike and join a spinning class too, this will also add up to great rewards'

You can google "lunges" and "deadlifts" and you will find sites that give you visuals on how to do these exercises properly.
