help im 16years old and i have a gut on me since i was 12... my mom keeps saying its baby fat but its not even my doctor told me i should try to lose some weight she said that a healthy weight or me is 125-130! i feel really unconfortable in the dressing room dressing down for volleyball and i cant shower cuz one time after getting the courage up to shower the next day a couple of the girls came up to me and said..."hey april", "got some extra fat i can borrow its getting close to winter."
I'm sorry April...sometimes girls can be nasty in high school.Keep your chin up...never let um see ya sweat...
Now...go through some of the stickies and get more familiar with what you're asking for.There is tons and tons of advice on how to get rid of the tummy...and you'll see it will mostly come from what you are eating.Go into the under 25 forum and look through there...lot's of kids with the same question.
You also might want to start picking up the weights...next time some little chicky says something like that to you..knock her block off!!!No...not really.:)
