Hello everyone. I need advice. If I had nothing to do but work out and similar body composition, what workout could I do, how long (hours-i don't mind)...so that by dec 6 I could have Kylie Menogue's (or Geri Hallwell)butt(and/or body?
Well work hard (you need to lift very heavy since the glutes are huge muscles and need lots of resistance) and watch your diet.
Patience is also needed but if you stay serious then you should have a great behind for the 6th of December!! (o;
