After going through a very stressful time and not eating, I finally have settled down. The problem is that now that I have started to eat again (healthy eating), I have gained the 20+ pounds that I lost. I exercise 5 days a week, both weightlifting and cardio. I eat healthy small meals 5-6 times /day. How do I change my set point now that it was lowered by my 'not eating'? More cardio? More weighlifting? What is the key? Thanks for your help!

Start eating 4-5 smaller healthy meals in a day, to get your metabolic rate back up with the exercise you mentioned.

If you have been anorexic (not eating) it will take some time for your body to stabilize and trust that the healthy eating and exercise aren't just a fluke and that famine is not imminent again.

Focus on being healthy and your weight will stabilize and you should get results.
