Totally agree with mysticgraces. I have also had a lot of positive results with Pilates. Tightening up the core, especially the lower abs, helps give you a leaner look. But, as mystic states, you have to do this in conjuction with everything else. Personally, I lift wts 3X/wk, cardio 2X/wk and pilates 1X/week.

HELP i need to lose some weight and tone up my abs but and thighs after having my 3rd child any suggestion please help me:dumbbell:

Diet and exercise are the only way to go..Diet will count ALOT for reducing fat on the abs and thighs..eating clean,cutting out junk food,sugar etc...then doing sets of ab related exercises will help...but you also need to work the WHOLE body,and not just the abs or thighs..
There is no such thing as spot reducing...the whole body needs to be trained through weights and cardio to achieve any kind of success...

One of the hardest workouts I did was with Pilates..I was sweating like crazy,but afterwards I felt long and lean and its a great feeling
