Here is an informative link about how heat and humidity can affect you:

I was just reading a research article regarding exercise during hot temperatures. Amazing stuff:
1) During a competition, an athlete can lose 1 - 2.5 liters of sweat in ONE hour!
2) As a result of that, it is possible for that same athlete to lose up to 5000 mg of sodium in the same time frame!
3) This can translate to a deficit of up to 30% in total body exchangeable sodium!
4) Problems from this can start out with something as simple as muscle cramping, and quickly escalate to hypoatremia.
Absolutely crazy! :surprised:

*ITS LEG DAY*
You already blew out your wraps.
Your towel cant absorb any more sweat.
Theres puke on the floor.
Your partner is passed out.
Theres a crowd gathering...
And that was just the warm up!

It's, on average, 100 degrees over here in San Antonio, Texas! Thankfully my parents pay for my gym membership so I can workout in the air conditioned Gold's Gym lol.
