I'm doing the home training and it's amazing what you can do with next to nothing... but, I do have a few weights and I'm wondering about a few things.
In my program for chest I'm doing push-ups, but if I am able to do some bench presses, can I switch from the push ups to the presses? Same with the dips behind the back... I have some handheld weights... can I do other tricep exercises instead of the dips?
Thanks,
Tim

I don't see why not. It's your program. Most of us change a few things around to better fit our needs and goals. And changing exercises periodically is always a good thing.

Thanks! That's what I thought... I was essentially doing the same thing twice in the same work out.... which may or may not be bad, but was taking WAY too long to work out...!
