Does anybody know any good exercises for your hip flexors? Oh and besides the machine at the gym does anybody know any good exercises for adductors aswell?

adductors - squeeze a swiss ball inbetween your thighs while lying on your back, knees bent. Pause and release.
If you have ankle weights you can do inner and outer thigh work lying or standing, many variations.
And if you have a resistance badn or a cable stand and an ankle cuff you can do a lot of hip work.
Kick boxing works your hip flexors a lot. The round house and other side kicks where you have to chamber your knee high before you kick really works the hip flexors.
Most compound leg movements will work your hip fl;exors to a certain degree.

doing a regular squats but feet beyound shoulder width apart....
also if you have excess to bands.....you can wrap them around your ancles.......and walk side ways, and not let the beand become untaunt.......now that burns.

I have every kind of resistance bands from physical therapy so if you know any more exercises (not just for hips) please let me know:)
