someone the other day posted 20 min HIIT. I think it was ravenbeauty's posting.

it said :
minute levels description
2 5 slow walk pace
3 6 increase walk pace
4 7 increase walk pace and arm

I know that 4 means the minute, what is the next number? is it the level on the threadmill?

thanks

I have a question about this too. Is the 15 or 20 minute HIIT supposed to be your entire cardio workout? Is it ok to do a 5 or 10 minute cool down walk after? I alway feel like if I don't do at least a 30-40 minute session then I haven't done enough. Thanks.

if you would like to add more fat burning to the HIIT, you can add a moderate jog/walk (same speed) for 10 to 15 minutes afterwards. it works well.
