What the heck is it? I've seen it many times but cannot find the meaning. I am guessing High Intensity Isometric training??

High Intensity Interval Training.

It's a form of cardio. Essentially, warm up on your machine or whatever form you are using. Then go hard for a bit, then slow for a bit. The times of each can vary depending upon how you feel, or what you are doing.

Do a fit buddy search and you'll get a lot of information on it.
