The longer i do a HIIT workout does that mean the more fat that will burn? HOw long is an Ideal HIIT workout?

An ideal HIIT workout is anywhere from 12-20 minutes. Any longer can be counterproductive. And your frequency also should be only about 3 times per week max under normal circumstances. More, and you run the risk of overtraining. HIIT actually is anerobic as well as aerobic.
