Howdy Yall..........i've been working on these abs for like a couple months......i feel um all right but I got some flubber around the tummy if you know what I mean. They are starting to appear around the upper and lower areas but I got the "tube" effect going on. I realize that my diet is rather shakey and I need more cardio work. Does anyone have any good ideas on how to ride that stomach fat?........if you do I appreciate the advice muchly :)

Well, you cannot spot reduce unfortuantely, but diet is your answer. Along with upping your cardio intensity, this will do it. Sounds like if they are "starting" to appear as you say, you are on the right track.
