Hi fellow fitnessFreaks! First of all, I'd like to say this site...RAWKS! Just want to introduce myself to the crew. I'm from Va. Beach, Virginia. I have competed in 2 and now preparing for my 3rd amateur BB contest. I work a desk job during the day, but I personal train and teach BODYPUMP classes part-time. I can't imagine not having fitness in my life. I look forward to posting questions and helping w/ other posts soon.

Hi Philia, I really don't teach as much BP when I'm prepping for a show. I made the mistake of teaching alot during my 1st competition, and it was really hard to say the least(but the gym had a shortage of instructors). Currently I teach probably 4 BP classes a month. By the way, you look awesome in your pictures! I look forward and very excited about maybe "swaping" competition stories and asking you for advice. And I'd like to thank ev1 for such a warm welcome. I'll be posting pictures soon!
