hey guys
Im not tottaly new to weights but compared to some people yes. Im 15 and 6,1 and weigh 73kg (160lb) so yeh im skinny. I get real cut muscle but im looking to get more bulk and am really willing to work for it. I dont go to the gym because i have things at home. I have many sets of dumbells a couple of bar bells, a bench press and a lat pull down. If someone reads this and has any spare time could they plz do me a huge favour and give some advice on a work out for me say 3 4 days a week with the things i have.
