Hey everyone i go to the gym at 5am every morning but sat and sun....im trying to lose some bodyfat i would like to know how i should start....like food wise and workout wise.

All my life i wanted to lose the little tummy and see my abs..can someone help me out..thank you

try one of the programs here at freetrainers.
Check thourgh the nutrition forum - everyone wants to know how/what to eat!

Like its hard to get FREE advice anywhere....also should i work out just one body part a day?

Generally, on a 4 day split you work from 1-3 body parts per day. Depending on your goals, strengths, weaknesses, etc. The programs designed by ft will give you guidance in that area.
