Hey everybody, this is my first post.
I have been overweight pretty much my whole life. About 3 months ago I reached 275 pounds, which to my 5'9 1/2 frame was way too much. I have always been naturally muscular so it wasn't all that bad and I have played sports which have strengthened my legs to were you can't even pinch them. So pretty much all my weight was in my upper body.
I decided I had had enough of being fat and was set on losing the weight. I went online and did research and saw that many people had had success taking Hodroxycut, so I bought it and took it, though I took less than the recommended dosage. I put myself on a 1300 (or so) calorie diet and worked out doing extensive cardio everyday for three hours a day. In 2 months I have lost 45 pounds and I'm now at 225. I look better than I ever have though I still want to get down to 200 and then add a little more muscle.
My problem is that my lovehandles just do not seem to be progressing at the same rate as the rest of my body? Many have told me that the only way to get rid of them is to have surgery, but that is not something I would like to do.
Does anybody have any suggestions for me? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

That is basically the most common place for men to store fat. And, they are the last thing to lose...you just have to keep at it and once the fat is gone everywhere else, your body will start to burn your lovehandles for energy. Right now your body just doesn't have to dip into them because it's pulling energy from fat stores elsewhere in your body. It will wait until it has no other choice but to use the stored energy there.

The best way is diet. Watch what you eat and the love handles will go away.
