As it is happening, I am finally motivated to start a workout routine and work on improving my health and I have to travel for work! Before I've lost all motivation when I travel, road food, hectic schedule, burnt out feeling, no gym, etc.
I would so like this time to be different. Right now I plan on taking my boom box and my Walk Away the Pounds 2 & 3 mile walk, but what about for toning/strength? I do have stretchie bands - should I just modify my Wed and Fri workouts to include a band workout?
All ideas are greatly appreciated. I know I can do the ab part on the road, tricep, bicep, squats, lunges. Anything else you can help me with?
Thanks a million

I suggest reading
Pavel Tsatsouline's "Naked Warrior"
Stretch Bands are a good idea....you can also look around for gyms in the area you traveling...do you follow a pattern when you travel? if you do then you probably can get a feel for the gyms in the area and go there.....

some other suggestions for you too is a Pilates and Yoga dvd or vhs cassette if you can't get out of the hotel. try the website below for those, they offer great dvd's with every level on each one (beginner, intermediate and advanced). http://www.gaiam.com/retail/default.asp
Also, find a clear spot on the floor and do ab exercises, lunges and squats, pushups, etc.
Good luck!
